We went to the pool party on the Friday which was good but there were a lot of kids there which I did not expect. The highlight of the hotel though is the pool with the shark tank in the middle of it. Right in the heart of it all so you can go and wonder through all the casinos in the area or watch the entertainment on the street while enjoying a frozen cocktail. The location on Fremont Street is amazing though.
We went for the breakfast buffet one morning which was pretty disappointing to be honest. We were only here for 2 nights so we hardly saw the room anyway. The floor itself has nothing fancy but does offer complimentary jelly beans at the elevator entrance. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 4-star Las Vegas resort. A casino, a nightclub, and a fitness center are also featured at Golden Nugget Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The exclusive key card access to the floor was a nice touch to make you a feel a little special. Event space at this resort measures 37000 square feet (3437 square meters) and includes a conference center. We stayed in a Gold Club room which has exclusive elevator entry on floors 16&17 in the Gold tower.
